![]() Any of you MAC guru's have a suggestion? Any help would be appreciated. He just installed the latest security update that was out there for Mojave but that didn't help either. Not sure what to do from here as I'm a pc person-trying to help my Mac user out. There is no identify/profile as I'm not able to set one up. When I r-click on the Outlook icon, I have the option to "force-quit", so I know the program is running. With all that said, I do not see a window for Outlook. ![]() ![]() Now when I click on the Outlook icon, I get a black dot underneath (didn't get this before) to indicate it is running there is an icon for Outlook in the Applications folder. Deleted Office 2011 and installed Office 2019. Now, I've purchased Office 2019 thinking the office install was hosed (I did not have the original 2011 pkg file to reinstall). Have checked for office updates, rebuilt the default profile and eventually created a new default profile, cleaned all of the caches using a program called Onyx-all to no avail. Office 365 Commercial customers can get the new Outlook for Mac by accessing their Office 365 Portal, (Gear icon > Office 365 Settings > Software > Outlook for Mac icon) or visiting the Software page Office 365 consumer subscribers can get the new Outlook for Mac by going to their My Account page. Word/Excel/Powerpoint work fine but in the Applications window, Outlook did not have an icon. Clicking on the icon would just bounce but never open, no dot beneath the icon either. ![]() After a crash while editing video the Outlook does not work. With that said, Outlook via Office 2011 was installed. I have an iMac user running Mojave, hesitant to update to Catalina due to some software he uses.
